Golden Ghouls is a scratch card game that will take players on a scary adventure as they try to tap into the fortunes of the dead. In this game, players will enjoy a Halloween themed game. Apart from the naming of the game, players will quickly feel the theme as they will see scary Halloween creatures on the left side that represent the paytable of the game.
These creatures include a mummy, Frankenstein, a werewolf, a hunchback and Dr. Jeckel and Hyde. Each creature has a certain multiplier, the highest multiplier is x250 which is given by the mummy and the lowest multiplier is equal x1 and it is rewarded by the werewolf character.
Players will first set their wager at the wagering range. Players will see the stake cell at the bottom with the symbols + and - on the left and on the right side of the cell. They have the shape of the grave which is suitable with the theme of the game. Players will click on these graves in order to toggle between the stakes. Like most Microgaming powered scratch cards, the wagering range varies between 0.5 and 10 credits per card.
Players will then click on New Card to start the game. They will see nine squares on the right side. Players will then click on each square in order to scratch it to reveal the symbol. Players who do not want to do this themselves will be able to click on Reveal All in order to scratch the cards automatically. Players who get three matching characters will be rewarded.
